Together strong for retail

A reliable trading partner for European retail

Tomatoes from Bryte go to major retailers at home and especially abroad. To meet retail needs, we work together within Cooperative Growers United U.A., of which Bryte is one of the members. Growers United is responsible for the marketing and sales of our tomatoes. That joining of forces keeps companies like Bryte interesting for large retailers who increasingly demand substantial volumes. And speaking of cooperation, we also see that joining forces on other fronts is mutually beneficial.

Samen-
workings

Growers United is a cooperative, all members together have a wide range of various greenhouse vegetables. This makes Growers United a solid partner for retailers who want to add value to their fresh assortment. Not only through a complete range of fruit vegetables and specialties – sustainably grown, freshly delivered and packed according to customer specifications – but also through a distinctive vision of category marketing. Continuous innovation keeps this relationship exciting on both sides.

Through the strategic partnership with A&A Growers, we are creating a bridge between the United Kingdom and the Netherlands. A&A Growers, located at the Thanet Earth complex in the United Kingdom, specializes in growing cucumbers and tomatoes. The company uses advanced technologies and innovative growing methods to optimize production and minimize environmental impact. Thanet Earth is one of the largest greenhouse horticultural projects in the UK and plays a crucial role in the UK’s food supply.

The cooperation between Bryte and Thanet Earth includes the joint construction of new greenhouses and the development of sustainable cultivation methods. This collaboration allows Bryte to share its expertise and resources with A&A Growers and contribute to the continued growth and development of the Thanet Earth project.

The joint efforts of Bryte, A&A Growers and Thanet Earth will result in increased production capacity and improved quality of products grown. This collaboration underscores Bryte’s commitment to innovation, sustainability and collaboration within the horticultural industry.

Prominent is – what’s in a name – one of the most prominent Dutch growers’ associations, originated in the Westland and specializing in tomatoes. That name was not chosen by accident. Right from its inception, Prominent has chosen to lead the way. In cultivation, in sustainability, in knowledge sharing, in image and so on. Together with our fellow growers, we have reached a position in the market that matches our name: Prominent.

Greenhouse horticulture has already made great strides in reducing energy consumption and CO2 emissions. But ambitious as Bryte is, we think it can be reduced even further. With optimal energy management, in cooperation with SAMAX. SAMAX’s specialists know that we leave no measure unused if we can make our footprint a little smaller again. That’s why we enjoy working together.
