Personal data we process
Bryte processes personal data because you use our services, visit our website, apply through social media campaigns and/or because you provide this data to us yourself.
Among other things, we process the following personal data:

- First and last name

- Data about your activities on our website

Special and/or sensitive personal data
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect information from visitors under the age of 16 unless they have parental or guardian consent. Data processing through social media campaigns.
Through advertisements on social media platforms, such as Meta’s Facebook and Instagram, personal data may be collected through lead forms.
This data is used for recruitment purposes, such as:
- Contact candidates
- Reviewing job applications
- Managing the recruitment process
By completing a lead form, you consent to the processing of your data.
Automated decision-making
Bryte does not make decisions based on automated processing that could significantly affect individuals. These are decisions made solely by computer systems without the involvement of a Bryte employee.
How long we keep personal data
Bryte retains personal data no longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or as long as required by law.
Sharing personal data with third parties
Bryte does not sell personal data to third parties and will only provide it to third parties if necessary for the performance of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.
Personal data may additionally be shared with parties involved in managing ads, recruitment campaigns and lead forms, such as Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd (Facebook and Instagram).
We enter into processor agreements with parties who process personal data on Bryte’s behalf to ensure an appropriate level of security and confidentiality. Bryte remains responsible for these processing operations.

Bryte will respond to your request as soon as possible, but no later than four weeks.
In addition, you have the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Authority at www.autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
