History
Stronger together, ready for the future! Bryte was created in 2019 from the merger of two renowned horticultural companies: Kwekerij Dukker and Zwinkels Tomatoes. Two family businesses with shared DNA, a rich history and a shared vision of the future.
Why collaborate. Because we believe in the power of connection. Horticulture is evolving, with more stringent requirements, changing consumer demands and the need for efficiency. By joining forces, we are ready not only for today, but also for tomorrow.
We are big without acting big. At Bryte, we value initiative, give responsibility and provide opportunities. This keeps people motivated and we put our shoulders to the wheel together.

Our family traditions
Something you don’t want to miss within Bryte? The annual barbecue we host, an event known for its fun and informal atmosphere! Or the quarterly newsletter with fun, interesting facts about our staff or Bryte’s locations. We also like to involve external parties in our team and the tomato process. For example, the visit of a nursery that comes to take a look at the tomato greenhouse. This is a clear Yes from Bryte, something we believe in and which suits us.
These developments provide opportunities to think, “How can we do this differently next time to get our story across even better?” With every step we take, we work toward an outcome. And eventually that leads to the moment when, prouder than proud, you can receive the award for Entrepreneur of the Year 2024 (Municipality of Voorne aan Zee). Everything then falls into place. The energy in the team goes from a 10 to a big 10! And this also makes you focus again, how can we keep this feeling within our team. Bryte invests, but almost unnoticed.
