‘s-Gravenzande, February 26, 2026 – Bryte takes an important step in its continued growth and professionalization with the appointment of Mitchel Grootscholten as Finance Director. His arrival marks a clear milestone for Bryte and underlines the ambition to continue building together on a sustainable and future-proof organization.
With Mitchel on board, Bryte’s management team is at full strength. In his role as Finance Director, his focus will include further strengthening and supporting strategic growth and creating structure and oversight for all companies and collaborations within the group.
Mitchel brings broad financial experience. Prior to joining Bryte, he worked at Rabobank and YEALD, among others, where he gained valuable expertise in financing, strategic consulting and scalable growth. From this background, Mitchel was involved in, among others, the financing of TG7 (Thanet Earth) and in guiding the participation in A&A Growers, so he already knows the people and companies within Bryte well. His knowledge and practical experience fit seamlessly with the phase Bryte is currently in. By combining keen financial insight with entrepreneurship and a people-oriented approach, Mitchel contributes to a solid foundation for further innovation and development.
